Maria Rybacka

Maria Rybacka is a third-year Graduate Entry Medicine student at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), expected to graduate in 2026. She holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Science in Applied Medical Sciences from University College London. Before beginning her medical degree, Maria worked as a study support advisor for Our Future Health, the UK’s largest health research programme. At RCSI, she is an active member of the PRiCAN Scholars Network, contributing to projects on pathways to diagnosis of lung cancer and colorectal cancer. Maria has presented her research at national conferences and is committed to advancing patient-centred, evidence-based care through her clinical and academic work.
