Alex Carroll

Alex Carroll is a Graduate Entry Medicine student at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Finance, specializing in Economics, from University College Dublin (Class of 2023). Alex is actively involved in primary care cancer research through the PRiCAN Scholars Network, with a particular interest in the use and validation of general practice data for research purposes and screening applications. In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded the Maria Kidney Cancer Research Bursary by the Irish College of General Practitioners (ICGP).
